What I have figured is that when most people ask this question of what there is to life, they are always focusing on the external.
We as a being you are LIFE, you are a life force whatever thing that you see in the outside(External), whether material possessions, family, friends, enemies(if there are), they are all just things we came to meet in this world.
We are the life,(YOU) are the life.
Whatever there is to life should be directed to yourself(INTERNAL), your quality of life not material-wise or any form of possession. Whatever we have or possess is ours and not us. What a man has is his OWN, but it can never be called the MAN. What you have belongs to you, but it can never be called 'YOU'. Whatever a man has, he can not use to rate the quality of life or concluded as to how much his life is worth.
It has been said that if a man is given billions of years, they would not still be able to unravel the mysteries of the brain, the functions of the mind and its capacity.
Instead of looking outside to answer the question as to what life is all about, one should look within themselves (INTERNALLY), and try to explore that self that is within.
Scientists look to the outside, the moon, the sun, and the galaxy, the ocean, and the solar system and every other aspect of the external world in a bid to understand humanity and the creation.
It is all just a wild goose chase and it will yield to no importance to our quality of life and will never answer our question as to what life is or is not all about…it is time we start looking internally, we start being conscious and concerned about understanding that the reason for our existence is so infinite and tremendous that if we are giving two centuries each, it is not enough to understand what life is about(what we are about) or how we are.
I believe that the question of what there is to life is all just an individual thing, how much of awareness of self a man has, how much of internal peace and joy a person's life can produce that is what every human being is striving and should strive for in this life...
In doing that we will find out that there is a world within us that has no limit, a world within us that is not subjected to limitations, a world where we can think what we want and have it and as long as one can do this he finds out that as long as his mind can create something and have it come to reality then the question of what life is all about will e answered.
Life is more than we perceive it and less stressful and complex or difficult as we think it is.
Self Awareness or Personal Enlightenment is the key to a stress-free life a life of Ease and not that of Dis-ease.
the most important thing that anyone can be or do in life is discovering yourself and your purpose, because being yourself and discovering why you are here on earth is the most important task in life.
